Track leads, manage deals through your pipeline, log activities, and convert prospects to clients — with revenue forecasting built in.
Import bank statements via PDF or email, track spending with AI categorisation, set budgets and goals, and monitor your personal cash flow alongside your business.

From people like you
“I used to have three separate apps — QuickBooks for accounting, another for invoicing, and a spreadsheet for CRM. Trivio replaced all three. I can't believe I waited this long to switch.”

“I was paying $109/year for YNAB just for personal finance. Trivio gives me that plus full business accounting and invoicing for less. The reports are actually useful — P&L in one click.”

FAQ
What exactly does Trivio do?
Trivio is an all-in-one financial platform for freelancers and small businesses. It combines professional double-entry accounting, invoicing and bills management, CRM and sales pipeline tracking, and personal finance — all in one place. Instead of using QuickBooks for accounting, another app for invoicing, a spreadsheet for your CRM, and YNAB for personal finance, Trivio handles all of it.
Do I need to give Trivio my bank login?
No. Trivio never asks for your bank username, password, or any banking credentials. Instead you upload a bank statement PDF, import a CSV, or forward a bank email to your personal Trivio import address. We never connect to your bank — your banking relationship stays entirely between you and your bank.
Is Trivio a good QuickBooks or Xero alternative for freelancers?
Yes. QuickBooks and Xero are powerful but built for larger businesses — they're expensive, complex, and overkill for most freelancers. Trivio gives you real double-entry accounting, invoicing, financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, tax summary), and bank reconciliation at a fraction of the cost, with a much simpler interface. And it comes with CRM and personal finance built in.
Is Trivio a good Mint or YNAB alternative?
Yes. Mint shut down in January 2024 and required bank account linking via Plaid. YNAB costs $109/year and is purely personal finance. Trivio does not require any bank account linking, works with any bank worldwide, includes everything Mint and YNAB offered, and adds full business accounting, invoicing, and CRM on top. See our full Mint vs Trivio comparison.
How does the AI categorisation work?
When you import transactions, Trivio sends the raw transaction descriptions to an AI model. The model reads the merchant name and amount and assigns a spending category. Accuracy is 99%+. You review the suggestions before saving, and any correction you make is remembered for future imports.
Which banks are supported?
Every bank in the world. Because Trivio works from files and emails rather than bank APIs, there is no supported-bank list. If your bank lets you download a PDF or CSV of your statement — which all banks do — Trivio can import it. It works with international banks, credit unions, digital-only banks, and prepaid cards.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes unlimited transaction imports, AI categorisation, the spending dashboard, basic financial reports, CRM pipeline, and up to 5 invoices per month. Pro ($15/month) adds unlimited invoices, AI receipt and PDF extraction, the AI chat assistant, full reports, bank reconciliation, and multi-currency support.
Is my financial data private and secure?
Yes. All data is stored on encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All connections use TLS. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising. You can export all your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy.
