EasyFinance (operated by Trivio AI) provides a personal finance tracking service. You may use it for personal, non-commercial financial tracking. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trivio-ai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You own your financial data. We process it to provide the service — categorisation, dashboards, AI chat. We do not sell it. You can export or delete it at any time from your account settings.
Don't use EasyFinance to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, attempt to access systems you're not authorised to use, or resell the service without our written permission.
AI-generated categorisation and chat responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Always verify important financial decisions with a qualified professional.
Paid plans are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. We may suspend the service for maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is anonymised and purged within 30 days.
We'll notify users by email of material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
